Thank God for our earth, our water and air
Thank God for it's worth, and words we can share

Thank God for our ability to think
Thank God our wounds, he can shrink

Thank God for the light in our children's eyes
Thank God for the things money can't buy

Thank God for the medicine, he helped us create
Thank God for the freedom we have to debate

Thank the Good Lord for the freedom to choose
Thank God cause he's there, you can't possibly loose

Thank God for the masters and teachers, that teach
Thank God for the sand and breath taking beach


Thank God for your birth, to experience life
Thank God for your child, brother, sister and wife


Thank God for the smiles you give and receive
There's more to life, than most believe

Thank God for the downfalls, we all must live
Thank God for the lessons and teachings they give

Thank God for the sun, the moon, and the stars
Thank God for yourself and all that you are.
